ART LESSONS IN ENGLISH

                                HERE COMES THE SUN COLLAGE.

   It is thanks to our new  PILE project  for foreign languages, and so within a CLIL framework, that

some of our students have been making a collage in an Art elective subject during this course.

They have been able to deal with the different types of materials one can use in a collage, as well as getting familiar with the process while using English  .

They got inspired in songs of their own choice by The Beatles. So that they had to work out how to make a song into a collage by using symbolism, they also had to do research on the internet in order to understand well the topics they wanted to explain. Finally, they decided  on how to do their  own draft and started the amazing experience of explaining the process step by step.

CELL DIVISION AND THE CELL CYCLE

Cells can divide to produce identical copies by packaging a 

complete set of genetic information into each new cell. This 

information is contained in the chromosomes.

We have just got started with our  new blog.
Our aim is to learn English through science, as well as with other cross-curricular topics. So we're going to post  about the topics that we prefer, the projects that our students do, and the activities organised at our school related to the English learning process.
